1. Introduction
ReceiptV ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a software service that allows users to scan fiscal receipts, manage expenses, and generate financial reports. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.
2. User Responsibility Regarding Data
The user is solely responsible for the data they upload, store, or process through the Platform. ReceiptV acts exclusively as a provider of software tools and is not liable for:
- the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the data entered by the user;
- personal data of third parties appearing on uploaded fiscal receipts;
- incorrect or illegal use of the Platform by the user;
- any financial, fiscal, or legal consequences resulting from processed data;
- data loss due to user actions or negligence (account deletion, loss of access, etc.).
The user is obliged to ensure that data processing through the Platform complies with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national legislation in force.
3. Collected Data
The Platform may collect the following categories of data:
- Account Data: name, email address, password (stored encrypted);
- Usage Data: uploaded fiscal receipts, expense categories, generated reports;
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, app version, activity logs;
- Subscription Data: active plan, payment history (processed by third-party providers — App Store, Google Play).
We do not collect bank data, credit cards, or other payment instruments directly. Payments are processed exclusively through distribution platforms (App Store / Google Play).
4. Purpose of Data Processing
Collected data is used to:
- provide and improve the services of the Platform;
- automatically extract data from fiscal receipts through automated processing services;
- generate reports and statistics at the user's request;
- manage subscriptions and process payments;
- send account-related communications (notifications, security alerts);
- comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on secure servers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ReceiptV cannot guarantee absolute data security.
The user is responsible for the security of their access credentials (email, password, authentication token). ReceiptV is not liable for unauthorized access caused by negligence or compromise of user credentials.
6. User Rights
In accordance with applicable legislation, the user has the right to:
- Access — request a copy of processed personal data;
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data;
- Deletion — delete the account and associated data directly from the app;
- Portability — export data in CSV/PDF format;
- Objection — object to processing in certain situations.

7. Account and Data Deletion
The user can delete the account and all associated data directly from the app, in Profile > Support. After deletion, data cannot be recovered. ReceiptV is not liable for data loss resulting from account deletion by the user.
9. Policy Changes
ReceiptV reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.
